Order Processing
At Belle & Co., all orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We use An Post Click & Post for all deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Ireland: Standard Post — 1–3 business days
• United Kingdom: Standard International Post — 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by An Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or busy seasonal periods.

Order Tracking
All parcels are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, and you can follow your order using An Post Track & Trace.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses in Ireland and the United Kingdom only.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to An Post, Belle & Co. is not responsible for courier delays. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email address] so we can assist you in resolving the issue with An Post.

Returns Shipping
